We will ship your unframed Perfect Recreations™ within four to six business days of your order. Of course, we’ll provide order and shipping confirmation by e-mail as well as a link to FedEx that will provide details in transit.
If you order your Perfect Recreations™ with custom framing, we will ship within three to four weeks of your order. And we’ll provide order and shipping confirmation by e-mail as well as a link to FedEx that will provide details in transit.
We ship via FedEx. We ship to actual street addresses only; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require FedEx to obtain a signature to confirm receipt of delivery.
Please e-mail or call to make special arrangements for international shipments. We do not accept internet orders from addresses outside the U.S. and Canada.
If you ever have a question about your order and/or its shipment that we have not adequately answered with our e-mail confirmations, please e-mail your inquiry to Service@DiscoveryEditions.com or call us here in New York City at 1-212-717-7451. Our 30-Day Guaranty to You
We know that our Perfect Recreations™ are perfect – but we know that you won’t know this until you see one for yourself. So, if you’re not perfectly satisfied with the Perfect Recreation™ we’ve made for you, you can return it to us within thirty days in its original perfect condition and packed in its original shipping container . We’ll credit back to your credit card the full purchase price of the Perfect Recreation you return. Please note that this return policy applies only to one item; it does not apply to multiple items or a Collection containing multiple items.
If you return a custom-framed Perfect Recreation™, we will also credit back to your credit card the purchase price of the custom-made frame minus a fifty percent (50%) re-stocking charge.
To return a Perfect Recreation, please obtain a Return Authorization Code by e-mailing: Service@DiscoveryEditions.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you exchange some or all of a shipment-damaged order for replacement, we will pay for the shipping costs.
If a damaged package is delivered to you, you should refuse delivery and instruct FedEx to return the shipment to us for reason of such damage. If you receive a damaged product in an intact package, please contact us by e-mailing Service@DiscoveryEditions.com within 24 hours of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization Code.
